This Equipment is basically designed for lining of thermoplastic material such as PTFE-PP-PVA-PFA-MFA inside the cavity of either chemical valves or pumps. This is a sophisticated machine against old POT methodology. In this machine material gets plastisized in screw-bareel and homogeneous mixture is injected inside cavity by applying push force through hydraulic cylinder. The components will be needed to be pre-heated before injecting material.The capacity of machine will vary depending on requirement of lining in components ( 2 to 10 kg in one shot)
