All blades are pre treated and spray painted electro statically for longer life and strong resistance to rust. 3. mild steel down rod: Made of half inch bsp fitted with clamp, rubber shackles and plugs 4. ball bearings: Single row deep grooved heavy duty double ball bearings permanently greased. 5. canopies: The canopies are made of virgin polypropylene material with homogenous color dispersion. 6. regulator: Resistance type regulator with 5 speed regulation full rotary switch with pp top cover. The speed regulation be of min 50% drop of full speed at step 1 at rated voltage with equal incremental increase. Choke(transformer) type can also be provided upon request* 7. noise level: Especially designed for low db noise level at full speed. Export packing: Complete three set of fans are packed in one printed master carton often called as 3in1 pack. The contents of printed master carton are: Motor with canopy sets, down rod shackle assembly, regulator; blade set packed in printed carton and down rod packed in polythene bag. This means 3in1 pack contains 3 motor box carton,3 blade set cartons and one bundle of down rod.
