Flour is drawn from silo directly or from bags (using a pneumatic bag tilter). Flour passes through a magnetic grill and then through gyro screen sifter into pneumatic pressure pump mounted on load cell. From pneumatic pump flour is transferred completely using dense phase transfer technology, into silos mounted on top of mixers. System caters to multiple mixers operating in different recipes. Accurate dosing record maintained mixer wise, batch wise and product wise. Flour handling system right from Flour receipt in tankers or bags, flour sieving, metal detecting and storing flour in silos through pneumatic transfer and even flour blending can be supplied along pneumatic weighting and transfer system.
