PVC COMPOUND FILTER ADHESIVE - GEON

Chemfil produces a range of PVC based adhesives that demonstrate high mechanical and dielectric strengths, and high temperature chemical and thermal shock resistance. It is a high strength thermosetting adhesive and is of a formulation as used by internationally reputed filter manufacturing companies. Adhesion is heat resistant, Oil resistant and is inactive in Diesel Fuel. It providing excellent adhesion between metal / paper to paper in particular. Free flow feature ensures 100 % sealing with minimal adhesive application. It has no objectionable odour and permits free handling without in anyway causing health hazards. It is popularly known as "GEON" in the international market.


USAGE

The seal packed containers must be rolled and tumbled to ensure the best results. The surface to be bonded should be free from dust, oil, grease and moisture. The PVC Compound Adhesives should be split evenly on the metal end cap of Filter through Adhesive Dispensors and the paper be affixed on the cap for polymerization as per the curing time and temp. required.
