PVA COMPOUND - PAPER TO PAPER BONDING, FELT TO METAL BONDING

Chemfil produces a range of PVA based adhesives which demonstrate good mechanical strengths for various applications. It is a high strength adhesive providing excellent adhesion to similar and non-similar materials especially woods, metal to paper, felt media to metal etc.

USAGE

The surface to be bonded should be free from dust, oil, grease and moisture. . The PVA Compound Adhesives should be split evenly on both the surfaces for polymerisation by means of a spatula. The surface should be held in position by contact pressure.

PVC COMPOUND PROPERTIES Color: Milky White
Curing Time: Cold setting at room temperature
Viscosity:90 seconds in B - 8 Ford Cup
Recommended Usage: 6 months (if stored in tightly capped original containers)
Shelf life: 1 Year

APPLICATION

Automobiles: For paper to paper bonding, pleat locking, metal to paper bonds, metal to metal bonds, felt cloth to metal etc.

Wood Industrial: Widely used in wood industry an excellent adhesives for fixing, making furniture's etc.

Paint Industry: Used in paint industry. It can be mixed with paint for painting on different surfaces for sticking strength purposes.
