our brass inserts are used mainly in plastic or nylon moulded parts. In such cases the length of inserts is very important for proper closing of moulding die. We maintain length of such inserts within tolerance of -0.05MM .For these inserts we do internal as well as external threading of all type and all size in ranging from M 3 to M 75 in case of metric threads, from 1/4" to 2" in case of BSP, BSPT & NPT threads with the help of our thread copying machine.
