Our cabochan shaping machine has a sturdy base made of cast iron. This forms the machine table and is supported by a solid angle frame made of steel. This machine has a h.p. 1440 rpm single-phase 220 volts AC-50 cycle motor that helps in driving the grinding lap. We also specialize in supplying 110 V motors as per client requirements. The machine has a central housing that comprises of the main shaft. This shaft is driven by the main motor and its r.p.m. can be adjusted with the aid of step pulleys that are provided. The cabochan shaping machine also has a facetor that is mounted on a bearing pedestal that is further mounted on two cross slides. These are made of strong cast iron. There are different templates for different shapes.
