* Built robust with excellent finish in the true Keshaka tradition.
* Gum application rollers are hard chrome plated for longer life.
* The machine produces 3-ply paper liner instead of 2-ply paper liner produced on conventional machine.
* The machine can also be made to produce 2-ply paper liner.
* 4-ply sheets made out of 3-ply corrugated liner produced in this machine have more strength and give more edge crush strength compared to 5-ply board made on conventional machines. Machine has 4 corrugated steel rollers, 1 pressure roller and 3 sets of adaptors.
* Setting of corrugated rollers is done by 6 hand wheels instead of 2 hand wheels as in conventional machine.
* All rollers are fitted with imported self-aligned.
bearings and protected by oil seal which can withstand high temperatures up to 250oC.
